All information concerning the personal data of WAM WAMED customers is controlled and used only by WAM WAMED with registered office in Warsaw, Odrowąża 9.

What kind of information is stored and how it is used?

If you wish to order a product or service or fill in the User Questionnaire, you need to provide the following data: company name or customer full name, personal data, contact data (address, phone no., e-mail). These data are essential for quick and smooth management of all matters. Data provided in the questionnaires at www.wamed.pl or in the User Questionnaire  will help us improve customer service and adjust it to your needs. We need your address to inform you about all relevant WAM WAMED product and service improvements.

How do we protect the personal data of our customers?

All personal data is stored in accordance with requirements of Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws, No. 133 item. 883). Once your data is received, it is stored in a protected base, which is then stored on a server within the WAM WAMED intranet. Only selected WAM WAMED employees shall have access to your data.

Does WAM WAMED share customer personal data with third parties?

WAM WAMED does not send, share, sell nor in any other way give access to its customer personal data to third parties. WAM WAMED conducts statistical analyses and research on the sale of its products and services and draws up financial analyses, which can be used by and shared with third parties. However, none of these statistics contain any personal data of our customers.

Your consent
